About this chart
Each curve is relative to its dosing episode's peak. Tap to inspect, drag to move through time, pinch to zoom, or use the chart controls. Shaded bands show the half-life range; dashed curves are projections. The selected range extends before and after now. These are simplified estimates, not measured blood levels or dosing advice.
Feelings
Log how you feel on a -2 to +2 scale. Notes are saved with a timestamp.
Mood check-ins
Each dot is a check-in. Tap a dot to read its note. Drag to pan, pinch to zoom, or use the controls.
History
ON YOUR DEVICE
Your records belong to you.
Your journal is stored in this browser. Optional encrypted sync lets you recover it on another device without a name or email.
Clearing website data, switching browsers, or losing your phone can remove access to your records. Export a backup regularly and keep it somewhere private.
Export includes medication and mood records. Import a full Dtrack backup to replace both journals, or medication-only JSON to replace medication while keeping feelings. You will be asked to confirm.
Anonymous encrypted sync
No name, email or phone number. Records are encrypted on your device before upload. Keep your recovery key: there is no email reset.
Sync is off. Records stay on this device.
Keep a backup of both copies before replacing either.
Account security
Sessions expire after 30 days. Use your recovery key to reconnect. Signing out or deleting the cloud account does not erase records already saved on other devices.
Privacy and recovery
The server stores an encrypted journal, a random account identifier, and expiring sessions. The app does not collect names, IP addresses, device fingerprints or analytics. Cloudflare still processes connection metadata, including IP addresses; this is not an untraceable service.
Your recovery key can unlock and delete your cloud journal. Keep it in a password manager or another private place. We cannot recover it. Device storage and exported JSON backups are not encrypted by Dtrack; protect your phone with a screen lock. Browser code and an unlocked device can access your journal.
Deleting your cloud account removes its active data. Encrypted copies may remain temporarily in Cloudflare's database recovery backups. Local copies on other devices remain until deleted there.
Install Dtrack
Add Dtrack to your Home Screen or desktop for quick access and offline use.
Your journal stays on this device. Export a backup to keep a separate copy.
